This A-frame
treehouse by David and Jeanie Stiles, can be build using
one tree and two posts or using four posts for supports.
It is constructed using 4x8 plywood sheets. Free online

instructions.
A-Frame Treehouse Plans
David and Jeanie Stiles have written a total of 22 "how-to"
books on building projects that range from tree houses and
forts, to sheds, gazebos and garden houses, and have sold over
200,000 books. Their most recent book, Treehouses and Other Cool
Stuff 50 Projects You Can Build, became available in spring

Channel's "Home Matters" shows. Most recently, they built a
treehouse on The Today Show in Rockefeller Center, New York
City.
