This A-frame treehouse by David and Jeanie Stiles, can be build using one tree and two posts or using four posts for supports. It is constructed using 4x8 plywood sheets. Free online plans, at OutdoorLife.com include a material list and instructions.

 

A-Frame Treehouse Plans 

David and Jeanie Stiles have written a total of 22 "how-to" books on building projects that range from tree houses and forts, to sheds, gazebos and garden houses, and have sold over 200,000 books. Their most recent book, Treehouses and Other Cool Stuff – 50 Projects You Can Build, became available in spring of 2008.
